Doodle to Organize Meetings!

Need to organize a meeting with several participants in different time zones? Time to Doodle! This is a free website where you can schedule an event or make a choice. I have only scheduled one event. It was soooo easy! I put in all of the times that I could meet. I decided to give people three choices: ok, could meet but only if necessary, or no. Doodle sent me a link to send to the participants and an administrative link for me. Even though I had never created an event, it took me less than 15 minutes. Then I sent the participant link to the people I want to attend the meeting.

Within a couple of hours, two of the four attendees had responded with their availability. They didn't have to join Doodle, they could just respond. This is so much easier than sending emails with various times and waiting for responses or getting requests for clarification. Give it a try!
