CARY, N.C. -- It's a story as old as the holidays: stress. The flurry of parties, plans and purchases begins in late October leaves many people frazzled and dazed by Jan. 1.

Organizing and productivity professional Janice Russell is teaching her special organizing solutions for a stress-free season in a special upcoming teleclass Nov. 4: "How To Organize Your Holidays So You Can Enjoy Them!"

"Each year we're busier than ever, making it hard to stop and simply enjoy the season when we see our friends and family the most," said Russell, Overseer of Order at Minding Your Matters Organizing. "Simple organization techniques for everything from party planning to gift wrapping can help you manage your whirlwind so you can get more fun out of the holidays."

The live teleclass will take place at noon Eastern Friday, Nov. 4. In her one-hour class, Russell will explain a specific ways to assuage the holiday torrent. From ways to expedite gift wrapping and decorating to planning for all the gift buying and parties. She will even offer ideas for "undecorating" that'll make next year's process easier.

"Each of my tips and techniques is aimed at simplifying the swirl of the season," Russell said. "It seems like the holidays sneak up on us, but you can reclaim holiday joy by making just a few small changes."

Participants can register for the $17 class at http://mym-holiday2011.eventbrite.com. Those who sign up can participate live or listen to the recording later.
