Belinda Dowdy
Belinda Dowdy brings 24 years experience in electrical engineering, executive coaching, career transition consulting, and technical training to coach and train individuals and groups to more satisfying and effective lives.
Belinda comes to consulting and coaching from a diverse background, which includes 17 years in electrical engineering at a large public utility, a consumer electronics company, a German test equipment manufacturer, and a telecommunications company. During this time she worked on a number of field assignments, including two in Germany and France. Belinda has written and delivered technical training. For the last nine years, Belinda has coached and consulted with over 3000 clients on topics ranging from career change and job search to establishing small businesses and writing dissertations. Her favorite seminar presentations include Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator to Improve Personal Effectiveness, Understanding the Triangle Economy, and Creating Change.
Belinda received a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) from the University of Tennessee. She earned the designation as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation in 2003 and as Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute in 2000. Her community service includes volunteer crisis counseling for Helpline of Durham, outreach work with the International Coach Federation, and community building and diversity facilitation. Additionally, Belinda is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®).

Greg holds a BA in Speech Communications from NC State University and an MBA from East Carolina University. He is a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church and a member of St. Andrews CareerNet Executive Team. Greg is on the Capital City Club Membership Council and is one of the leading fundraisers for the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure. Greg enjoys boating, bicycling, Wolfpack (and his son's) football games.
